After taking off, on controller 2 press Up A and B. 
This will get you to the next stage.
INVINCIBLE
When you turn on the game you will see some text, 
after a few seconds the letters will start falling 
of the screen when that happens enter 
Up, Right, Down, Left, Up and start.
